1 Register and verify account with google plus.
You can do it yourself or hire someone to do that for you, but make sure that once you get accounts you log in with them manually and if google plus asks you for verification you follow it through.
2 Create proper profile.

You can use any sources and content does not have to be original but it has to be interesting enough. Make a 3 interesting posts and that will guarantee that lots of people will add you back.
4. Make sure you stay under google’s radar
We recommend to add somewhere between 200 and 350 people a day, that way you can stay under google radar and make it look natural. If you fail to follow this instruction your account most likely will be banned. However you should feel to experiment and find what works for you.
